Service Departments may close when capacity is hit. Emergency repairs and quick adjustments for Trek bikes and bicycles purchased from our shops may be performed at the discretion of the service department even when service departments are closed. Service Departments handle scheduling for their shops independently. Please call your preferred location if you have a service request.
We have several policies and practices in place to help you shop safely. Please review our policies and get in touch with questions.
