Policies in place as of January 2021
M-F: 10am-7pm; Sat: 10am-6pm; Sun: 12pm-5pm unless otherwise noted
Due to unprecedented demand, we still have several policies and practices in place to help you shop safely. Please review our current policies and get in touch with questions.
1.) The CDC recommends masks be worn at all times in a retail store. If you are unable to wear a mask, we can help you OUTSIDE.
2.) Service Departments may close when capacity is hit. Emergency repairs and quick adjustments for Trek bikes and bicycles purchased from our stores may be performed at the discretion of the service department even when service departments are closed.
3.) Service Departments handle scheduling for their shops independently. Please call your preferred location if you have a service request.
4.) Our ability to field telephone calls may be limited. Please be patient with us if we can't get to the phone. Weekends are especially busy.
5.) Emails may take up to 24-48 hours to reply but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
6.) Bike purchases can take up to 48 hours for assembly due to demand and backlog.
7.) Online orders may take up to 2-3 days to process. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP. Credit card errors/address issues may prevent your order from being processed and bike/product may go to the next purchaser. All online orders must be picked up in-store. Shipping is not available at this time.
