FedEx will be instructed to have an indirect signature for all residential shipments. This assures that your order has a secure delivery with a person and not just left on the door step.
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii shipping prices will be defined case by case depending on weight, size, and amount shipped.
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

We strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back ordered. If this should occur, we will notify you. We will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. If orders are coming from multiple warehouses we will send all items to the retail location. Once all of the order is filled then we will ship the order to your shipping address unless other arrangements are made and additional shipping charges are approved by the customer. If you choose to cancel back ordered items please call (210) 828-5558 or email email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. Closeout and sale items that are not restocked will not be reordered or shipped and you will not be charged for them if they are unavailable.
SERVICE & REPAIR
Completed bike repairs must be picked up within 7 days. Completed bikes that are not picked up within 7 days will be charged a $5.00 storage fee every day after. Any repair bike(s) left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition, complete with original packing, product manuals, and a copy of your receipt. Returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase in the above condition will not have a restocking fee. We will not refund any shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to the store and if an exchange is needed the customer will also be charged another shipping rate of $11.99 for the new item to be returned to them. Used product cannot be returned. Note: All other returns that are re-packed in damaged boxes, or missing any packing materials, owners manuals, etc. will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Sale, discounted, and closeout items are final sale. All tool sales are final. Please note that we do not do cash returns.
Please note that most special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Those that we do accept, at our discretion, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How To Return A Product

Should you wish to return the product or request an exchange, please call or email for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the box. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt.
